Plan it. Quote it. Build it. Improve it.
At CSI, Project Managers don’t sit on the sidelines you’re working directly with the shop, engineering, and customers to turn concepts into real, buildable components.
You’ll own projects from early conversations and quoting through design, fabrication, and delivery. That includes making smart decisions on cost, materials, and manufacturing methods while keeping projects moving and profitable.
If you like seeing something, go from print to finished product and figure out how to do it better each time this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Work with customers and internal teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions
• Support design, estimating, and cost development for fabricated components
• Build and manage accurate cost proposals (materials, labor, methods, margins)
• Review drawings, specs, and industry standards to ensure build accuracy
• Coordinate closely with the shop to keep projects moving and on schedule
• Provide technical support to production and resolve fabrication challenges
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project progress, costs, and performance
• Compare estimated vs. actual costs to improve future quoting accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements, cost reductions, and better build methods
This is hands-on project work you’ll see what you plan get built, and you’ll be expected to make it better over time.
