CSI is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor - West Region for our California location.

This job requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and utilizes database software that is heavily relied upon to perform the tasks of this position. The Warehouse Supervisor - West Region duties include:
Supervision
Assign daily tasks for Distribution Center team
Perform job tasks as part of crew as necessary to complete the work
Monitor productivity and quality of all team members and work with manager to address issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by team members
Administer and enforce all CSI safety policies and procedure with a high level of concern for safety
Daily inspection of equipment (CSI owned and rented) such as forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.
Respond to request of customers/co-workers positively and timely
Provide real time status update on staged orders, jobs, material and pending inbound shipments to leadership, upon request
Ensure compliance with OCS standards as set forth by leadership
Develop and maintain formalized procedures for use within department (Receiving, Shipping, Assembly, Delivery, Inventory Control, and OCS)
Review and approve timecards and PTO in ADP
Complete performance appraisals on time, with assistance from management
Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control
Receive all types of material per procedure - daily
o Reverse Logistics
? Field return material
? Customer RMAs
o Job material
o Inventory
o Cross dock material
o Inventory Transfers
Tag, Stage and Put parts away - daily
o Check for accuracy in receiving-actual receipt vs. handheld receipt
o Check to make sure the part numbers match as well as the quantity
o Complete put away before beginning to ship for the day
Setup and move part primary bins - daily
Update inventory weights and dimensions - daily
Answer phone calls and emails regarding incoming shipments or materials in stock as needed
Assist purchasing agents or A/P with any questions on receiving reports as needed
Complete bin replenishment - daily
Process cycle counts and send to leadership for review and posting - daily
Review Available Warehouse Locations and Bin Tracker dashboards weekly
Direct flow of packages from packing to shipment
Complete all shipments according to expected due date daily
o Sales orders
o Job material
o Inventory transfers
o Supplier returns
Run UPS and FedEx Manifest - daily
Pull inventory, pack and ship orders to prevent damage - daily

Warehouse positions require constant walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and stooping and operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The employee must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must also frequently lift and/or move items up to 75 pounds with assistance. Visual acuity is required to perform work using close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be exposed to environmental factors typical of a warehouse. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety glasses and steel toe shoes.
