This is an onsite position.
At CSI, we’re a leading provider of hygienic stainless-steel process equipment serving food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Our e-commerce presence plays a critical role in helping industrial customers find the right products quickly and confidently—and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Product Listing Assistant to help optimize and maintain our online product catalog. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for product pages, filtering logic, and a passion for improving how users interact with online commerce. If you’ve worked on product pages, built product categories, or managed product content on an e-commerce site, this is a great opportunity to expand your merchandising skills, or apply your existing knowledge of ERP and e-commerce platforms to a specialized B2B environment.
Why CSI?
• Growth-Focused: We’ll train you on our platforms and systems—this is a great stepping stone into deeper e-commerce merchandising or product management.
• Technology-Driven: You'll work with a robust ERP system (Epicor) and e-commerce platform (Parttrap) to keep product data clean and optimized.
• Customer-Centric: Our work helps engineers, buyers, and plant managers find the right parts fast. Your merchandising choices have real-world impact.
• Team-Oriented: You’ll work side-by-side with product data and marketing specialists in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Culture: Jeans every day, team lunches, and a workplace where initiative and curiosity are celebrated.
What You’ll Do

• Adding and updating product content: titles, specs, images, videos, and downloadable resources
• Writing and editing SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions to support site search and Google visibility
• Organizing products into logical categories and families to streamline browsing and filtering
• Enhancing on-page merchandising by identifying and filling content gaps
• Supporting the launch of new brands, product lines, and campaigns
• Monitoring internal dashboards to verify that product listings are complete and accurate
• Conducting keyword and synonym research to improve search results and related item linking
• Collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding and presentation
Who You Are
• You have experience working in e-commerce merchandising, product listings, or digital catalog management
• You understand the importance of clean data, strong visuals, and user-focused content
• You’re highly organized and able to work through tasks with minimal supervision
• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving the customer experience
• You’re comfortable working in Excel and familiar with how e-commerce platforms manage product data
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in Epicor, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar platforms—or in an industrial/B2B environment
Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour - depending on experience
Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required—Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• Strong written communication and Excel skills
• Experience with product merchandising or listing tools preferred
• Ability to balance efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
• Competitive hourly pay
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising and system integrations
• Casual dress and collaborative culture
• Opportunities for advancement as our online catalog continues to grow
