CSI is looking to hire a high-caliber salesperson for our Business Development Leader position in the West Texas/Panhandle area. You will be tasked with growing market share among customers within a 175-mile radius. Specific customer segments include:
• Food, Dairy, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers
• Mechanical Contractors
• OEM and Fabricators
• Reseller customers
Your sales activities will include:
• Targeting Contractors, Processors and OEMs in all hygienic industries.
• Developing relationships with prospects, customers, CSI personnel, and OEM partners.
• Speaking into CSI’s sales strategy and value proposition by identifying industry trends, shifts in target markets.
• Promoting CSI eCommerce usage and speaking into development of the store.
• Generating year-over-year growth in the distributed products and pump service categories.
• Attending industry-related training and conferences.

Total compensation range $135,000 to $165,000, depending on experience and performance.
Required Experience:
Education/Training:
• BS degree, industrial technology or engineering emphasis, preferred
Experience:
• Equipment sales experience in food and/or pharmaceutical industries
• Industrial sales experience in manufacturing environments
• Exposure to estimating, design, and application of process equipment
• Experience with sales management
• Proficiency in computer OS and MS Office Suite
Other:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to customer locations
• Clean driving record
• Valid Passport
This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy /fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds.
