We are seeking a passionate and highly connected East Regional Fittings Business Development Leader (BDL) to drive growth in CSI's sanitary stainless steel fittings sector. This role focuses on developing and expanding the market for 304 and 316 fittings, serving a vast array of customers in both the 3A and Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE) markets. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the sanitary fittings industry, a robust network with purchasing customers, and a deep understanding of the sanitary and installation materials sector.
This position will be instrumental in building local relationships and expanding our presence across the East region. With direct customer assignments and the opportunity to support regional sales initiatives, the East Coast Fittings BDL will play a pivotal role in identifying key targets, maintaining a regional project pipeline, and fostering market awareness. Success in this role will come from building a vision that not only supports immediate sales but also shapes CSI's east region strategies in the sanitary fittings market.
This role requires collaboration with a diverse customer base, including contractors, processors, resellers, and OEMs. Working alongside our sales reps and customer service team, the East Coast Fittings BDL will support account management and help capitalize on day-to-day demands as well as project opportunities. This role demands a proactive approach to market insights and customer needs, making it a vital contributor to our long-term impact and growth in the fittings industry.

Salary: $110K - $125K Base, plus quarterly growth incentive

Standard workday is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. More than 40 hours per week may occasionally be required to achieve the productivity necessary for this position. Overnight travel, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday hours may occasionally be required but are not anticipated with this position.
This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
