CSI is looking to hire an organized and software-savvy person for the Epicor Analyst position. You will be a key member of a team responsible for development and maintenance of CSI's on prem Epicor software and the related third-party applications. You must have command of Epicor development tools, including application studio, SSRS report writing tools, and will need to be able to work between departments to pinpoint technical solutions that will optimize our processes.
You’ll spend time reviewing gap analyses, process mapping, requirement gathering, and developing the solutions to continuously improve our processes. You’ll enjoy time with CSI team members as you train them on Epicor functions and processes and you’ll have the ongoing opportunity to improve our systems by analyzing and presenting data as requested by executives and managers.
This position is based in Springfield, MO. However, remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates based on experience and qualifications. Candidates should expect to travel approximately 15 to 35 nights per year, depending on project needs and business priorities.

Salary: $88,000 - $115,000 Annually

Experience
This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
