Job Description:
This is a diverse position with a wide variety of responsibilities requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing workloads in a job-shop machining environment. The role involves operating, setting up, and programming a variety of machining equipment—including Mazak CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines (Dual Turn 20, Multiplex 6200 II Y, Vertical Center Nexus 530C, Quick Turn Nexus 200-II, Quick Turn Nexus 200M, and Quick Turn 350M)—using Mazatrol programming.
The primary business focus centers around machining 300 series stainless steel and higher nickel alloys, though exposure to other alloys will occur due to our diverse customer base. Employees in this role must demonstrate pride in workmanship, consistency in meeting stringent quality standards, and a strong commitment to the company’s culture, mission, and core values.

Salary: $27-$30 per hour

Education/Training
Standard workday for this role is 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday. Lunch is taken from 12:00– 12:30, and there is one paid break at 9:00 am to 9:10am.
